VACATION HOME RENTALS
“First Mate’s Quarters”
Located at Beacon Harbor this waterfront home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is fully furnished. Breathtaking views of the Delta and MT. Diablo.
Down the street from where all the fishing tournaments take place, one mile from an 18 hole golf course, next door to Rusty Porthole Restaurant, which has night time entertainment, and Sugar Barge which rents boats.
- Amenities:Accommodation for 10 (3 queen sized beds and 2 sets of bunk beds), Private Deck with BBQ, Fireplace, A/C, Central Heat, TV, DVD, Stereo, and Comcast Cable. Free berth for up to 30 foot boat during stay. Launch ramp at location. All linens and towels are provided.

- $275 per night – 2 night minimum

- Holiday Rates:
- $300 per night on Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July weekends

- Deposit: $1000.00 Refundable Deposit at time of check in.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- 25% of full reservation amount is due at time of booking. This charge is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Balance of reservation is due and must be paid within 7 days of arrival. Failure to do so may result in reservation being cancelled, with no refund of deposit.
- If you pay your reservation deposit by credit card, and you do not request that the balance be paid by cashiers check or cash, we will automatically charge the card 7 days prior to your arrival for the balance.
- You may re-schedule existing reservations within 14 days of arrival. They must be in writing (e-mail preferred) and received 14 days prior to original reservation dates without losing your deposit; however there will be a $15 re-schedule fee per reservation. Rescheduling must take place in the same calendar year and is subject to availability.
Please make sure at time of reservation that you state the number of people in your party. All extra guests will be subject to an additional charge on your reservation if they were not on original reservation and will be subject to cabin occupancy.
Group reservations of three or more cabins can not be changed. Note you may want to make individual reservation, unless you are certain of your dates, this will allow you to re-schedule if you need to.
